Minutes: Submitted, for information, the minutes of
meetings of the Central Licensing Sub-committee that took place on 21.07.16,
09.08.16, 15.08.16, 24.08.16, 07.09.16 and 31.10.16 It was highlighted that several objections had
been received for the hearings on 07.09.16 and 31.10.16, however, none of the
objectors had been present at the sub committees. In response, the solicitor noted that the comment
had been included as part of the official reasons for the decision in the
minute. |

GAMBLING POLICY UPDATE Oral update
from the Licensing Manager Minutes: UPDATE ON GAMING / GAMBLING POLICY
A verbal update was given by the Licensing Manager noting that the
Gaming / Gambling Policy had been updated and he noted that this highlighted
the Council's priorities. It was reported
that other North Wales Councils needed to complete their policies in order to
ensure that they were all singing from the same song-sheet in order to ensure
consistency. Once the policies had been reconciled they would be submitted for
a consultation period. RESOLVED to accept the information. |
