1.1 To approve the Outline Business Case in Appendix 1, subject to,

1.2 To authorise the Head of Adults, Health and Well-being to submit the Outline Business Case to the Welsh Government to apply for £16.4 million of Health and Social Care Integration and Rebalancing Capital Fund (IRCF) funding to create the development of a public sector partnership at the Penrhos site, in partnership with Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) and to proceed with the development of a Full Business Case.
