DECISION: To defer, following a request by the agent to hold further
discussions
Minutes:
Change of use of land for the siting of 10
holiday pods along with changes to the current access, creation of passing
places, creation of internal access road and landscaping.
a) The Planning Manager highlighted that a
request had come to hand from the applicant's agent to defer the decision to
hold further discussions. It was noted that the agent had submitted additional
observations in response to the reasons for refusal and that deferral would be
an opportunity to assess those observations and amend the report as needed.
b) It was proposed and seconded to defer the item.
