Decision:
To receive and approve the
2022 Audit Plan and commit to work towards achieving the statutory duties.
Minutes:
The report was presented by a representative of Audit Wales and the
following main points were noted:

The plan sets out the
work intended to be carried out in 2022.

It was noted that the
audit schedule might have to be reconsidered and that the officers would be in
discussion with GwE should the need arise.
