To submit the report of the Cabinet Member for Environment.

To adopt the Draft Statement of Licensing Policy, and delegate the right to the Head of Environment Department to make editorial changes for accuracy as needed.

Submitted – the report of the Cabinet Member for the Environment stating that in accordance with Section 5 of the Licensing Act 2003, all licensing authorities are required to publish a Statement of Licensing Policy every five years, and inviting the Council to approve the Draft Statement of Licensing Policy included as an appendix to the report, and delegate the right to the Head of Environment Department to make editorial changes for accuracy as needed.

The Department's staff were thanked for their hard work.
