    Decision:

    1.         To accept the report and note the observations.

    2.         To ask the Cabinet to pay particular attention to the Empty Seats Scheme when making a decision.

    3.         To recommend to the Cabinet Member for Education:

    •           That consideration should be given to modifying the Draft Education Transport Policy to designate parishes rather than distance in terms of transportation to faith schools.

    •           To look at reducing the number of forms that parents of pupils with Additional Learning Needs had to complete.
