To accept the report which is the fourth quarterly report from the Chair of the Response Plan Programme Board.

DECISION

To accept the report which is the fourth quarterly report from the Chair of the Response Plan Programme Board.

DISCUSSION

It was explained that the submitted report was the fourth quarterly report by the Chair of the Response Plan Programme Board. It was stated that the report raised awareness of the developments in relation to this work, and also reported on what remains to be achieved by the Response Board.

It was noted that Professor Sally Holland was unable to attend this meeting to present her report, therefore it was intended to re-submit the item at the September Cabinet meeting so that the Chair of the Board could present the report. As a result, the intention to hold a more detailed discussion on the item in September was confirmed.

The courage of the victims and survivors was acknowledged, reiterating that they were at the forefront of everyone's minds when discussing this topic.
