Ensure that appropriate arrangements are in place for the management and co-ordination of road closures in urgent and emergency circumstances.

1.     To accept the report, noting the observations made during the discussion.

2.     To ask the Environment Department to share data including the number of road closures in urgent or emergency circumstances, the distribution across areas, and works that take longer than expected.
