Pre-scrutiny of the Plan prior to its adoption will be an opportunity for the committee to recommend matters that should be considered.

DECISION

·       To accept the report and note the observations made, noting an appreciation that the Department had agreed to implement the following points:

o   Consider revisiting the wording of the vision to include a specific reference to the Welsh Language, wording the vision to note an ambition/aim

o   Request for the service to report on data that compares the outward migration in similar areas (such as the Lake District) to compare with Gwynedd's situation to see whether this culture anchors people to the County.
