To receive any apologies for absence.

To receive any declaration of personal interest.

To note any items that are a matter of urgency in the view of the Chairman for consideration.

The Chairman shall propose that the minutes of the last meeting of this committee held on 4^th November 2025 be signed as a true record.

To note the observations and accept the report.

To recommend the Committees’ Calendar for 2026/27 for adoption by the Full Council.

To make any further suggestions prior to the receipt of the report.
