CLIMATE AND NATURE EMERGENCY PLAN ANNUAL REPORT 2025/26 To
scrutinise the Climate and Nature Emergency Plan Annual Report 2025/26. Additional documents: Decision: 1.
To
accept the report, noting the observations made during the discussion. 2.
To
welcome the intention to discuss with Welsh Government Ministers the
methodology of calculating carbon emissions in the area of Procurement, along
with a successor to the EC04 scheme which is ending. |

HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE - INSTALLATION OF ROAD MARKINGS To review

To
declare support for developing a business plan for investment to enable the
service to undertake a high percentage of road-marking work internally. 3.
To
recommend to the Highways, Engineering and YGC Department that a performance
measure should be developed with regard to
prioritising road marking and the safety of all road users, including
pedestrians and cyclists. |

EMERGENCY ROAD CLOSURES Ensure that
appropriate arrangements are in place for the management and co-ordination of
