    PRESENTATION ON THE WORK OF GALW GWYNEDD, COMMUNICATIONS CENTRE AT PENRHYNDEUDRAETH

    To receive a presentation by Joanne Parry (Siop Gwynedd, Galw Gwynedd and Registration Service Manager).

    Minutes:

    A presentation was given by the Siop Gwynedd, Galw Gwynedd and Registration Service Manager.

     

    Members were given an opportunity to ask questions.

     

    Action Point:

     

    To convey the members thanks to the Communications Centre staff for their work.

    ARRANGEMENTS FOR LOCAL GOVERNMENT ELECTIONS - MAY 2017 pdf icon PDF 86 KB

    To discuss the arrangements for the 2017 Local Government Elections.

    Minutes:

    The Corporate Support Senior Manager presented a report to raise Members awareness of the arrangements that were being developed for the 2017 Local Government Elections.

     

    Attention was drawn to the sessions that had been organised in each of the three areas during January 2017.

     

    Members were asked to identify groups/local networks that should be specifically contacted to promote information.

     

    Action Points:

     

    • Provide a list of names and contact numbers for officers to members after the 2017 election and to consider noting officers’ working days also.
    • Ask members who have stated that they will not stand for election regarding groups/local networks that should be specifically contacted to promote information.
