APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE - FIRECAT COUNTRY HOUSE B&B,
CAMLAN UCHAF, MALLWYD The panel and the officers
were introduced to everyone present. On behalf of
the premises: Mr Robin Worgan

Thomas (Senior Environmental Health Officer – Gwynedd Council) a)
The Chairman
noted that the Sub-committee wished to postpone the meeting in order to discuss
a site visit for Sub-committee members to consider in full the concerns
expressed by those opposed to the application based on access to the site. b)
The Solicitor
highlighted that Public Protection was one of the principles of the Licensing
Act 2003. He noted that it would be wise to hold a site inspection as one of
the main responsibilities of the Sub-committee was to consider public safety. RESOLVED to
undertake a site visit and re-arrange a hearing |
