    Decision:

    To approve the application in accordance with requirements of the Licensing Act 2003.

     

    The sale of alcohol after 17:30 (to be sold with deserts  / ice-creams)

    No alcohol to be sold for consumption off the premises – to be limited to the decking area directly in front of Kiosk’s serving counter only.

    No alcohol to be consumed at the tables on the pavement

     

    Incorporate the matters prescribed in the Operators Schedule (Part M) of the application as conditions on the license.
