APPOINTMENT OF PROGRAMME DIRECTOR Appointment of Programme Director (application forms and supporting documents to be circulated separately for Board members only). The press and public will be excluded from the meeting during the discussion on the following item due to the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph 12, Part 4, Schedule 12A of the Local
Government Act 1972. This paragraph is relevant as the report includes information about specific individuals who have the right
to privacy. There is no public
interest that calls for disclosing
personal information about these individuals
which would outweigh their rights. Consequently, the public interest in maintaining
the exemption outweighs the
public interest in disclosing the information. Decision: That six of the candidates are competent to be placed on the short list

HEADS OF TERMS To consider the report (Seperate copy
for Members only) The report relates to draft Heads of Terms for the North Wales Growth Deal which has
been designated as confidential information by a Government Department for the purposes of Section 100 (A)(2) of the Local Government Act 1972. As a consequence
it is a requirement that
the report is excluded form publication as this would disclose
the confidential information.
Decision: That the Economic
Ambition Board welcomes the 3.9.19 version of the Heads of Terms as a positive
sign of the commitment of the UK Government and Welsh Government to the North
Wales Growth Deal Minutes: To exclude the press and
public from the meeting during the discussion on this item as the report
relates to draft Heads of Terms for the North Wales Growth Deal which has been
