Cyngor Gwynedd is asked to contact the Welsh Government in order to:-
- Express concern that Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board has
been in special measures for 11 years.
- Ask what steps and what efforts that the Welsh Government will take
to improve the health provision in North Wales for the people of
Gwynedd.
