    • E. Selwyn Griffiths - Personal - As his son was the author of the report to the committee. He was of the opinion that it was not a prejudicial interest, and he did not withdraw from the meeting during the discussion on the item.
    • Mike Stevens - Personal - As he had a manufacturing business in Gwynedd and was also the Chair of the Tywyn Region Chamber of Tourism and Commerce.

    5. DEVELOPING A REGENERATION FRAMEWORK FOR GWYNEDD

    • Olaf Cai Larsen - Personal and Prejudicial - Because he was Chair of the Board of Cwmni Dre, an arm’s-length company established by Caernarfon Town Council, which had been collaborating with some Gwynedd Council officers in the context of the Regeneration Framework. He was of the opinion that it was a prejudicial interest, and he withdrew from the meeting during the discussion on the item.
