    Wales Council for the Deaf

    Description

    We are the major voluntary body in Wales concerned with deafness. Our registered offices are in Pontypridd, but our work extends right across Wales.

    We are an umbrella association of organisations both voluntary and statutory working in the field of hearing loss and representing people who are Deaf, deafened, hard of hearing and Deaf/blind.

    OUR MISSION STATEMENT:

    “Delivering effective support, advice and advocacy across Wales to anyone with hearing loss….. directly or through our Strategic Partnerships”

    Our main aim is to support all activities of benefit to people in Wales with hearing loss and enable them to lead fuller, more independent lives.

    Working for the Deaf community and people with hearing loss throughout Wales.
