To appoint a Vice-chair for 2026/27.

Councillor Anne Lloyd-Jones was elected as Vice-chair of the Democracy Services Committee.

To receive any apologies for absence.

To receive any declaration of personal interest.

To note any items that are a matter of urgency in the view of the Chairman for consideration.

The Chairman shall propose that the minutes of the last meeting of this committee held on 24 February, 2026 be signed as a true record.

To consider the report and its contents and recommend it for adoption by the Full Council as required.  

⁠To accept the report and agree to make minor amendments before being recommended for adoption by the Full Council.

To provide an update on the work being done to prepare for the 2027 Election.

To submit a draft statement regarding the work programme to the Democracy Services Committee for observations before submitting it to be adopted by the Full Council.
