Proposed petrol filling station, electric vehicle charging hub, retail building and creation of new access and associated works to include landscaping.

The extension of the existing Wern Cables Sealing End Compound (CSEC) including a new permanent access; a new Minffordd CSEC and Tunnel Head House (THH) with permanent access; the removal of the existing Garth CSEC; installation of new 400 kilovolt (kV) cables to replace redundant 400 kV and 132 kV cables; and other associated infrastructure and ancillary works.
